After leaving senior management in corporate America I founded Michael R Guerin Co, an executive search firm, in 1992 with a focus on bringing my Senior line management/people development skill to my search practice thereby positively impacting my client companies from a line as opposed to staff perspective.
I joined RSL Financial in 2010 to recruit FA’s for Morgan Stanley which thanks to Kirk Russel has expanded to a client profile including representation within the major wirehouse and independent firms in the US. I live near my family in Texas and enjoy spending time with them and a good single malt scotch.
